Eve's Cidery's Little Porcupine cider is a naturally sparkling cider made with Bedan, Muscadet de Dieppe and Domaines apples grown by Nat Bouman at Wilding Orchards. Fermented with wild yeast in stainless steel followed by an in-bottle secondary fermentation. A classic bittersweet apple blend- dark and rich with ample tannins and low acid. 150 cases made.
